The kitchen of our restaurant ranges from traditional Strangozzi ( typical homemade Pasta) and Umbrian noodles with Truffle of Norcia to Gnocchi with Goose’sauce and Lasagna.

Delicious dishes of meat ( meat from our farm ) of which highlight the pheasant or guinea with Bruschetta (extra virgin Olive oil), the delicious goose in a wood oven with potatoes Farmers .

In summer to refresh the palate according to countryside tradition is served Umbrian Panzanella and fresh soups .
